Work Scope

Mechanic will be working on commercial HVAC projects in Kissimmee, FL.

Duties include:

• Hanging and installing ductwork

• Measuring and cutting duct as needed

• Assembling and securing sheet metal systems

• Working from mechanical blueprints and layout drawings

• Coordinating with HVAC crews and other trades

• Maintaining productivity and jobsite safety standards

Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanic Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial sheet metal experience REQUIRED

• Strong experience hanging and installing duct

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints

• Lift certification is a plus (not required)

• Must bring all required sheet metal hand tools

• Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings

• Reliable transportation required

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
