We are looking for helpers who already have hands-on duct installation experience and can step onto a jobsite ready to assist mechanics and keep production moving.

Work Scope Includes

• Assisting with installation and hanging of ductwork
• Supporting mechanics with layout and material staging
• Installing supports and helping secure duct systems
• Sealing and insulating duct as directed
• Working from prints and jobsite instructions
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of duct installation experience required
• Commercial or multi-family HVAC experience preferred
• Ability to work consistently on a fast-paced jobsite
• Must bring basic HVAC hand tools
• Standard PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
