Work Scope

Mechanics will be working on commercial HVAC projects in Muncie, IN.

Duties include:

• Installing commercial duct systems

• Installing water source heat pumps

• Installing low-pressure duct work, dryer exhaust, and general exhaust systems

• Installing sheet metal trunk lines and branch lines

• Installing spiral and rectangular duct

• Performing layout and hanging ceiling duct systems

• Working with TDF, Ductmate, S-lock, and drive connections

• Reading and interpreting mechanical prints

• Maintaining productivity and jobsite safety standards

Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanic Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of commercial sheet metal experience REQUIRED

• Strong duct installation experience

• Experience with water source heat pumps and exhaust systems

• Knowledge of TDF, Ductmate, S-lock, and drive connections

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints

• Background check REQUIRED

• Drug test REQUIRED

• Must bring all required sheet metal hand tools

• Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Reliable transportation required

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
