Work Scope
Pipe Welders will be working on a project in Salisbury, NC installing a specialized air system.

Duties include:

• Welding and assisting with installation of a stainless steel air compressor system

• Performing welds on stainless piping per prints and specifications

• Working from blueprints and layout drawings

• Coordinating with pipefitters and other trades

• Maintaining quality weld standards and jobsite safety compliance

Commercial Pipe Welder Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of pipe welding experience REQUIRED

• Experience welding stainless steel piping systems

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols

• Must complete required online safety orientation prior to start

• Fire-retardant (FR) shirts REQUIRED

• Background check and drug test REQUIRED

• Strong English communication skills preferred

• Must bring all required welding tools and hood

• Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Reliable transportation required

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
