Pay Rate
Competitive, based on experience and level (Journeyman vs. Apprentice)

Work Scope
Plumbers will be working on 2–3 multi-residential renovation projects near downtown Cincinnati.

Duties include:

• Assisting with upper rough plumbing

• Setting fixtures

• Running pipe

• Working from blueprints and jobsite direction

• Coordinating with other trades in an active renovation environment

• Maintaining productivity and jobsite cleanliness

Commercial Plumber Requirements

• Commercial plumbing experience required

• Open to both Journeyman and Apprentice-level candidates

• Experience with rough-in and fixture installation preferred

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Must bring all required plumbing hand tools

• Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings

• Reliable transportation required

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
