Work Scope
Plumbers will be working on apartment building renovation projects in Columbus, OH.

Duties include:

• Installing copper ball valves

• Running pipe for renovation upgrades

• Assisting with rough-in and replacement work

• Working from blueprints and jobsite direction

• Coordinating with other trades in an active renovation environment

• Maintaining productivity and jobsite cleanliness

Commercial Plumber Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience REQUIRED

• Experience with copper piping and valve installation

• Renovation experience preferred

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Must bring all required plumbing hand tools

• Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings

• Reliable transportation required

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
