Work Scope
Mechanics will be working on multiple commercial projects in the Dayton, OH area, including school and military-related facilities.

Duties include:

• Installing rooftop HVAC systems

• Installing and hanging spiral pipe and ductwork

• Fabricating and installing commercial sheet metal systems

• Reading and interpreting mechanical prints

• Coordinating with HVAC crews and other trades

• Maintaining production and quality standards on active sites

Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanic Requirements

• 5–10 years of sheet metal experience REQUIRED

• Strong commercial experience (rooftops, spiral pipe, duct installs)

• Must be able to pass a school background check

• Must be able to obtain military airbase access (No felonies – required for badging)

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings

• Must bring all required sheet metal hand tools

• Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• OSHA 10 preferred but not required

• Reliable transportation required

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
