Work Scope
Pipe Fitters will be working on commercial mechanical projects in Austin, TX, focused on chilled water systems and steel piping.

Duties include:

• Working as a combo fitter/welder as needed

• Installing Victaulic pipe and fittings

• Fitting and installing Schedule 40 carbon steel pipe

• Working with screw pipe

• Installing and supporting chilled water systems

• Measuring, cutting, fitting, and prepping pipe

• Working from prints and jobsite direction

• Coordinating with welders and other trades

• Maintaining quality workmanship and jobsite cleanliness

Commercial Pipe Fitter Requirements

• Commercial pipefitting experience required

• Experience with Victaulic systems

• Experience fitting Schedule 40 carbon steel pipe

• Ability to work as a combo fitter/welder preferred

• Experience with chilled water systems

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings

• Must bring all required pipefitting hand tools

• Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings

• Reliable transportation required

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
