Work Scope
Pipe Fitters will be working on commercial mechanical systems in Cocoa Beach, FL.

Duties include:

• Installing and fitting pipe on chilled water systems

• Working with carbon steel pipe

• Handling supplemental steel related to piping systems

• Measuring, cutting, fitting, and prepping pipe for weld

• Working from prints and jobsite direction

• Coordinating with welders and other trades

• Maintaining quality workmanship and jobsite cleanliness

Commercial Pipe Fitter Requirements

• Strong commercial pipefitting experience required

• Experience working on chilled water systems

• Experience fitting carbon steel pipe

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and isometrics

• Must bring all required pipefitting hand tools

• Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings

• Reliable transportation required

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
