Work Scope
Plumbers will be working on a commercial project in San Antonio, TX that is currently in the rough-in phase. The client intends to keep plumbers on for the entire duration of the project, including trim-out and fixture installation.

Duties include:

• Performing commercial rough-in plumbing work

• Installing piping systems per prints and code

• Continuing through trim-out and fixture installation phases

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications

• Coordinating with other trades as the project progresses

• Maintaining quality workmanship and jobsite cleanliness

Commercial Journeyman Plumber Requirements

• Journeyman-level commercial plumbing experience required

• Strong experience with rough-in, trim-out, and fixtures

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Must bring all required plumbing hand tools

• Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings

• Reliable transportation required

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
