CCS Construction Staffing is hiring dependable Construction Laborers for an active commercial construction site in Baton Rouge, LA. This role is best suited for workers who can operate independently, take ownership of site cleanliness, and consistently show up ready to work.

Key Requirements
Must be able to start immediately. Reliable transportation to and from work every day. Ability to work safely on active construction sites. Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Comfortable working in various weather conditions. Willing and able to work the maximum number of hours offered per week.

Must Have
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Ability to work independently without direct supervision. Willingness to perform general labor duties including site clean up, organizing materials, maintaining safe and orderly work areas, and assisting trades as needed. Ability to operate a boom lift (telehandler). It is very important to be a reliable worker who shows up on time every day, works efficiently, and takes pride in keeping the site clean. Strong understanding of jobsite safety practices.

Preferred
OSHA 10 – if you do not have it, CCS can help you get it.
Minimum 6 months of construction experience.
Previous experience operating a boom lift or telehandler.

Position Details
Commercial construction project. Full-time hours available. Safety orientation provided as required.
