Work Scope
Plumbers will be working on commercial plumbing projects in St. Augustine, FL, supporting healthcare-related systems and general commercial plumbing installations.

Duties include:
• Domestic water piping installation and modifications
• Cast iron piping installation and repair
• Working with copper piping using ProPress
• Assisting with or supporting medical gas-related copper work (preferred)
• Working from prints and jobsite direction
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

Commercial Plumber Requirements
• Commercial plumbing experience required
• Medical gas copper ProPress experience preferred
• Experience with domestic water systems and cast iron piping
• Healthcare project experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow prints
• Must bring required plumbing hand tools
• ALL PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Reliable transportation required
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
