Work Scope
Duct Mechanics will be working as shop employees, focused on fabricating commercial HVAC ductwork.

Duties include:
• Fabricating and assembling HVAC ductwork in a shop setting
• Measuring, cutting, and forming sheet metal
• Using shop equipment and hand tools safely
• Following shop drawings and production requirements
• Maintaining quality standards and production timelines
• Keeping a clean, safe, and organized work area

Commercial HVAC Duct Mechanic Requirements
• Experience fabricating ductwork preferred but not required
• Open to green candidates willing to learn the trade
• Ability to use hand tools and shop equipment (or willingness to learn)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Must have standard PPE
• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Reliable transportation required
• Professional attitude and willingness to grow
