Work Scope
The HVAC Foreman will oversee commercial HVAC and sheet metal projects, traveling to various jobsites and running crews in the field.

Duties include:
• Serving as foreman-level sheet metal mechanic on commercial projects
• Running and supervising HVAC crews
• Assigning daily tasks, manpower, and workflow
• Remaining hands-on in the field as needed
• Coordinating work across multiple job sites
• Ensuring work meets code, prints, and safety standards
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

Commercial HVAC Mechanic – Foreman Requirements
• Proven foreman experience in commercial HVAC/sheet metal
• Strong ability to lead crews and manage manpower
• Willingness to travel to various job sites
• Must have own HVAC/sheet metal tools
• Ability to read and work from prints
• Must have standard PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Reliable transportation required
• Professional attitude and strong leadership skills
