Work Scope
Plumbers will be working on a commercial high-rise apartment remodel in Jacksonville Beach, FL, focused on cast iron re-piping.

Duties include:
• Performing cast iron re-piping in a high-rise apartment setting
• Removing and replacing existing cast iron piping
• Working in remodel conditions (tie-ins, limited access, occupied spaces as applicable)
• Measuring, cutting, fitting, and assembling pipe accurately
• Working from prints and jobsite direction
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

Commercial Plumber Requirements
• Commercial plumbing experience required
• Proven cast iron piping experience required
• Experience working on high-rise or multi-story projects preferred
• Ability to read and follow prints
• Must bring required plumbing hand tools
• Must have standard PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Reliable transportation required
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
