Work Scope
The HVAC Foreman will oversee commercial HVAC projects in and around Albemarle, NC, including work at secure government facilities.

Duties include:
• Leading and supervising HVAC crews on site
• Acting as the team lead and point of contact in the field
• Reading and working from blueprints
• Overseeing installation, layout, and workflow
• Supporting and coordinating low-voltage HVAC controls work
• Ensuring work meets code, schedule, and quality standards
• Willingness to travel as projects require
• Performing night work when required (depending on jobsite)
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

Commercial HVAC Mechanic – Foreman Requirements
• Proven experience as a commercial HVAC mechanic and foreman
• Strong ability to lead crews and manage manpower
• Proficient in reading blueprints and plans
• Knowledgeable in low-voltage HVAC systems
• Clean background required (working at State Highway Patrol facility)
• Willingness to travel and work nights as needed
• Must bring required HVAC hand tools
• Must have standard PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must be able to pass any required drug screenings
• Reliable transportation required
• Professional attitude and strong leadership skills
