Work Scope
The Supervising Foreman Electrician will oversee commercial electrical projects throughout Houston, coordinating crews and ensuring quality and schedule compliance.

Duties include:
• Supervising and coordinating crews across different jobsites
• Assigning daily tasks, manpower, and priorities
• Remaining hands-on as needed to support critical work
• Ensuring work is completed to code, prints, and safety standards
• Coordinating with project managers, superintendents, and other trades
• Tracking progress and addressing field issues proactively
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite culture

Commercial Electrician – Supervising Foreman Requirements
• Proven experience as a commercial electrical foreman/supervisor
• Strong leadership and crew-management skills
• Ability to read and work from prints and schedules
• Comfortable overseeing multiple projects or crews
• Must bring required electrical hand tools
• Must have standard PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Reliable transportation required
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
