Work Scope
Electrician Top Helpers will be working on a commercial electrical project in Laredo, TX, currently in the underground phase.

Duties include:
• Assisting with underground electrical work
• Running wire and conduit
• Supporting conduit layout and placement
• Staging materials and tools for the crew
• Working under the direction of journeyman electricians
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

Commercial Electrician Top Helper Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years of commercial electrical experience required
• Experience assisting with underground work
• Ability to run wire and help install conduit
• Ability to take direction and stay productive
• Must bring basic electrical hand tools
• Must have standard PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
