CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Estimator to support projects based out of Houma, LA. This is a key role for an experienced estimator who can manage bids from start to finish and collaborate closely with operations to keep projects moving on schedule.

Pay Rate:
Salary range: $70,000 – $120,000, based on experience

Work Scope:
The Plumbing Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate bids and supporting project startup and coordination for commercial plumbing work.

Responsibilities include:
• Preparing and managing bids and estimates
• Reviewing project specifications and drawings
• Handling submittals and material take-offs
• Obtaining and reviewing vendor and supplier quotes
• Completing and submitting material request forms
• Ensuring materials are ordered on time to prevent job start delays
• Supporting operations and project teams throughout preconstruction
• Coordinating with office staff on permitting, submittals, binders, and drawings
• Attending site visits as needed for projects you estimated

What You Need for This Position:
• 5+ years of commercial plumbing estimating experience (required)
• Experience with Medical Gas and site utilities
• Proven background estimating large, multi-state commercial projects
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex plans and specifications
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple bids simultaneously
• Strong communication skills for coordination with vendors, office staff, and operations
