Work Scope

Commercial Pipe Fitter Top Helpers will be supporting journeyman pipefitters across multiple commercial job sites in Houston, TX, including:

• Assisting with mechanical pipefitting work
• Screwing and assembling threaded pipe
• Operating and assisting with thread machines
• Working with copper pipe (cutting, fitting, assisting with connections)
• Measuring, cutting, and preparing pipe for installation
• Material handling and staging for pipefitting crews
• Jumping between different job sites as needed throughout Houston
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and productive job site

This role requires top helpers who can work efficiently, take direction well, and contribute immediately.

Requirements

• Previous commercial mechanical pipefitting experience required
• Must know how to screw pipe and operate a thread machine
• Experience working with copper pipe required
• Must have own pipe wrenches and basic pipefitting hand tools
• Must bring full PPE
• Reliable transportation (ability to travel between job sites)
• Strong work ethic and safety-first mindset
