CCS Construction Staffing is hiring dependable Construction Laborers for a commercial project in Huntersville, NC. This role is ideal for workers with painting experience who are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet strict site requirements.

Key Requirements
Must be able to start immediately. Reliable transportation to and from work every day. Ability to work safely on active construction sites. Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Comfortable working in various weather conditions. Willing and able to work the maximum number of hours offered per week. Must be able to pass a background check with a very clean record.

Must Have
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and site leads. Painting experience including prep work, masking, rolling, brushing, and maintaining clean work areas. Willingness to perform general labor duties such as site cleanup, material handling, and assisting other trades as needed. Safety-focused mindset at all times.

Preferred
OSHA 10 – if you do not have it, CCS can help you get it.
Minimum 6 months of construction experience.
Previous commercial painting experience.

Position Details
Commercial construction project. Full-time hours available. Possible overtime and weekend work depending on project needs. Safety orientation provided as required.
