CCS Construction Staffing is hiring HVAC Sheet Metal Installers for commercial and industrial projects in the Cincinnati area.

Applicants must have verifiable HVAC or sheet metal installation experience. CCS does not hire helpers or entry level workers for this role.

This position focuses on installing HVAC sheet metal ductwork, fittings, hangers, and related components on active job sites. Work includes reading layout drawings, measuring and cutting sheet metal, assembling duct systems, and working alongside HVAC mechanics and other trades to keep projects moving.

What you will be doing
Install HVAC sheet metal ductwork and accessories
Measure, cut, and assemble sheet metal accurately
Read blueprints and layout drawings
Work from ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
Maintain job site safety and cleanliness
Communicate with foremen and crew members
