Work Scope:
Industrial Construction Laborers will be working night shift on an industrial project in Alachua, FL, assisting with interior cleanup and ceiling work.

Responsibilities include:
• Helping clean and replace ceiling materials
• Assisting with removal of existing ceiling components
• Jobsite cleanup and debris removal
• Supporting skilled trades and site supervision as needed
• Following all safety procedures and site rules

Industrial Construction Laborer Requirements:
• Previous industrial or construction labor experience preferred
• Ability to work night shift
• Comfortable working overhead and performing physical tasks
• Must bring required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow direction
