Work Scope:
Journeyman Electricians will be working on infill for a new office building in Midland, TX, performing electrical construction duties with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include:
• Performing electrical wiring in commercial, industrial, and institutional settings
• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Installing conduit and cable tray systems
• Coordinating and setting up large cable pulls
• Installing switchgear, distribution panels, transformers, fire alarm systems, control systems, and other electrical gear
• Completing electrical tasks associated with general construction operations
• Ensuring all work meets code, project specifications, and safety standards

Journeyman Electrician Requirements:
• Must hold an active Texas TDLR Journeyman Electrician License
• Must pass a clean 10-panel drug screen
• 4–5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
• Ability to work independently on conduit, cable tray, wiring, and equipment installation
• Must bring electrical hand tools and required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong craftsmanship, professionalism, and safety-focused mindset
