Work Scope:
Millwrights will be working on a commercial/industrial project in Nashville, TN, performing maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities include:
• Basic Preventative Maintenance: lubrication, inspections, identifying potential problems
• Mechanical work on roll-forming equipment, motors, belts, gears, pulleys
• Electrical/electronic troubleshooting
• Basic wiring for motors and equipment components
• Hydraulic system maintenance and troubleshooting
• Pneumatic system maintenance and troubleshooting
• PLC programming and troubleshooting
• CNC equipment troubleshooting, including stepper and servo motors
• Supporting installation, alignment, and repair of industrial machinery
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment

Millwright Requirements:
• 4–5+ years of industrial or millwright experience
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skillset
• Ability to work independently on preventive maintenance and repairs
• Must bring appropriate mechanical/electrical hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong professionalism, safety awareness, and problem-solving abilities
