Work Scope:
Plumbers and Apprentices will be working across various commercial sites in Franklin, TN, performing plumbing installation and support tasks.

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with or performing plumbing installation, pipework, and fixture setting
• Supporting PL Helper duties as needed
• Working with PVC, copper, cast iron, and other commercial plumbing materials
• Completing layout, material handling, and jobsite cleanup
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
• Clean driving record required

Plumber Requirements:
• 4–5+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
• Ability to work independently on commercial plumbing tasks
• Must bring plumbing hand tools and required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Strong craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to safety

Apprentice Plumber Requirements:
• 1–2+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
• Ability to assist with pipe installation and fixture setting
• Must bring basic tools and required PPE
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Bilingual preferred but not required
