Work Scope:
Construction Laborers will be working in a fab shop and warehouse setting in Nashville, TN, assisting with various tasks to support production and material flow.

Responsibilities include:
• General labor support in a fabrication shop
• Assisting with material handling and warehouse duties
• Supporting fabrication activities as directed
• Site cleanup, debris removal, and maintaining work area organization
• Following directions from supervisors and skilled trades
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment
• Bilingual candidates strongly preferred (English/Spanish)
• Warehouse experience a plus

Construction Laborer Requirements:
• Previous construction, fab shop, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor tasks
• Must bring and wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to take direction
