Work Scope:
HVAC Mechanic Top Helpers will be working on a commercial project in West Palm Beach, FL, assisting lead mechanics with installation tasks.

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with HVAC installation activities and mechanical tasks
• Replacing fans & louvers
• Supporting ductwork and equipment installation as needed
• Handling material, tools, and cleanup on jobsite
• Following direction from Journeyman HVAC Mechanics and site leadership
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

HVAC Mechanic Top Helper Requirements:
• 1–2+ years of commercial HVAC or mechanical experience preferred
• Ability to assist with equipment, fan, and louver replacement
• Must bring basic HVAC tools and required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions
