Work Scope:
Top Helper Plumbers will be working on a ground-up commercial construction project in Dallas, TX, assisting plumbers through all phases of plumbing installation.

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with underground plumbing work, including digging and laying pipe
• Helping install water and drain lines
• Supporting crews in rough-in phases
• Assisting with setting fixtures as the project advances
• Handling material, tools, and cleanup as needed
• Following instructions from licensed journeyman plumbers and site leadership
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

Top Helper Plumber Requirements:
• 1–2+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
• Ability to assist with underground work, rough-in, and fixture installation
• Must bring basic plumbing hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, physical ability, and willingness to learn
