Work Scope:
The Plumber Foreman will be working on a commercial project in Westfield, IN, overseeing day-to-day plumbing operations and leading a small team.

Responsibilities include:
• Leading and supervising 3–4 plumbers on site
• Reading, interpreting, and working from blueprints
• Using ProCore for project documentation and workflow
• Overseeing rough-in, top-out, and finish plumbing phases
• Working with commercial plumbing materials (copper, cast iron, PVC, etc.)
• Ensuring all plumbing work meets project specifications, code requirements, and safety standards
• Coordinating with site supervisors and other trades
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe jobsite

Indiana Plumbing License required.

Plumber Foreman Requirements:
• 5–7+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• Prior experience as a foreman or lead plumber (preferred)
• Ability to lead a team of 3–4 plumbers effectively
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience using ProCore
• Valid Indiana Plumbing License (required)
• Must provide own hand tools and standard PPE
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong leadership, communication, and professionalism
