General Laborer – Nashville, TN
Pay: $18/hr

Position Overview:
We are hiring General Laborers to support two fabrication shop environments in Nashville. Candidates must be reliable, able to perform physical labor, and comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial construction setting.

Available Roles:

• 1 Bilingual General Laborer for a Fabrication Shop

• 1 General Laborer for a Fabrication Shop

Responsibilities:

• Assist shop teams with cutting, measuring, loading, and moving materials

• Support fabrication tasks as directed by supervisors

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Operate basic hand and power tools (training provided if needed)

• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

• Perform general labor duties including lifting, carrying, staging materials, and cleanup

Requirements:

• Able to handle physical labor throughout the shift

• Dependable and punctual

• Willing to follow directions and work in a team environment

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required for the sheet metal shop position

• Previous construction or shop experience is helpful but not required
