Work Scope:
Construction Laborers will be working in fabrication shop environments in Nashville, TN, assisting with general labor tasks.

Responsibilities include:
• Performing general labor work in a shop setting
• Assisting in a sheet metal fabrication shop (one position)
• Assisting in a piping and plumbing fabrication shop (one position)
• Material handling, shop clean-up, and support tasks
• Following shop procedures and safety guidelines

Staffing Needs:
• 1 bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate required for the sheet metal fab shop
• 1 additional candidate for piping and plumbing fab shop support

Construction Laborer Requirements:
• Ability to handle general labor duties reliably
• Normal PPE: jeans and work boots required
• Shop or construction experience preferred but not required
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow direction
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work
