Work Scope:
Laborers will be working on a commercial project in Florence, SC, performing general labor duties and supporting site operations.

Responsibilities include:
• Performing miscellaneous tasks as directed by site supervisors
• General cleanup and debris removal
• Assisting with material handling and jobsite organization
• Supporting tradesmen with basic labor tasks
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work environment

Construction Laborer Requirements:
• 1+ year of labor or construction experience preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials safely
• Must provide basic PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to follow directions
