Work Scope:
Electricians will be working on a commercial renovation project in Tallahassee, FL. The primary task will be demo work, including removing existing electrical systems.

Responsibilities include:
• Removing lights, fixtures, and wiring throughout the building
• Performing demo work safely inside an active renovation environment
• Assisting with material removal and cleanup related to electrical demo
• Following supervisor direction for safe and efficient dismantling
• Supporting additional electrical tasks as needed

Electrician Requirements (Journeyman & Top Helpers):
• Journeyman: 4–5+ years of commercial electrical experience
• Top Helpers: 2–3+ years preferred
• Experience with demo work and electrical removal a plus
• Ability to use basic electrical tools and follow safe work practices
• Must provide own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependability
