Work Scope:

Commercial HVAC Mechanic Top Helpers will be working on a commercial project in Orlando, FL.
This position involves removing and installing HVAC units on a rooftop and assisting mechanics with system hookups and final setup.

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with rooftop removal and installation of HVAC units
• Supporting lead mechanics with wiring, piping, and full system hookups
• Working with and understanding curb adapters for rooftop units
• Handling duct connections, line sets, and equipment mounting
• Using basic HVAC hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Following directions, maintaining productivity, and ensuring jobsite safety

Candidates must arrive with their own tools and have working knowledge of HVAC system installation.

HVAC Top Helper Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• Knowledge of HVAC system installation and rooftop unit hookups
• Familiarity with curb adapters for RTU installs
• Must provide own HVAC hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and dependability
