Work Scope:

Commercial Plumber Top Helpers will be working on a commercial construction project in San Antonio, TX.
This position focuses on assisting with top-out work and final punch list tasks, supporting journeymen through the detailed finish stages of the project.

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with top-out plumbing installation for water, waste, and vent lines
• Helping complete final punch list items including fixture prep, testing, and finish touches
• Assisting with setting sinks, toilets, faucets, and final trim pieces
• Measuring, cutting, and prepping pipe materials
• Following plumbing layouts and taking direction from journeyman plumbers
• Maintaining a clean jobsite and following all safety procedures

Plumber Top Helper Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
• Experience assisting with top-out and finish phases a plus
• Ability to take direction and support journeyman plumbers efficiently
• Must provide own basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and dependability
