This role supports high-profile service and special projects, including OSU Campus, Children’s Hospital, and Military facilities. Candidates must be tech-savvy, highly communicative, and fluent in English, capable of handling both HVAC and plumbing tasks across diverse systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair on HVAC and plumbing systems in commercial, institutional, and specialized facilities.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, leveraging tech tools and software.

• Conduct preventative maintenance and system inspections.

• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.

• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards.

• Complete required documentation and reports accurately.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in both HVAC and plumbing systems.

• Tech-savvy, comfortable with diagnostic tools, software, and mobile apps.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Able to pass a 12-panel drug test.
