Work Scope:
Commercial Journeyman HVAC Mechanics will be working on a new school construction project in Ave Maria, FL.

Work Scope: Responsibilities include sheet metal fabrication, duct installation, and system upfits as part of a new educational facility build. Candidates should be skilled in cutting, assembling, and installing ductwork, reading blueprints, and ensuring all work meets design specifications and safety standards.

Mechanics must be dependable, capable of working independently or within a team, and demonstrate a professional level of workmanship in a fast-paced commercial environment.

HVAC Mechanic Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• Skilled in sheet metal fabrication, duct layout, and installation
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints
• Experience working on new construction projects preferred
• Must provide own tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Strong focus on safety, professionalism, and attention to detail
