Work Scope:
Commercial Electrician Top Helpers will be working on a commercial project in Orlando, FL.

Job duties include assisting journeyman electricians with conduit installation, pulling wire, installing devices, and helping dig trenches for underground electrical work. Helpers must be able to take direction, work safely and efficiently, and handle physical labor as needed on the jobsite.

Candidates should bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn while contributing to the success of the crew.

Top Helper Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of commercial electrical experience preferred
• Ability to assist with conduit, wiring, and fixture installation
• Must be able to help dig and perform general site labor
• Must have own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and reliability
