Work Scope:
Commercial Electrician Top Helpers will be working on a commercial project in San Antonio, TX. Job duties include roughing in, pulling wire, bending conduit, terminating, installing fixtures, and switches.

Helpers must be able to follow direction from journeyman electricians, assist with layout and installation, and maintain a safe and clean work environment. Candidates should be comfortable working on active construction sites and able to use basic hand and power tools required for the trade.

Top Helper Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of commercial electrical experience
• Experience roughing in, pulling wire, bending conduit, and installing fixtures/switches
• Must have own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Ability to follow direction and work efficiently in a team environment
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and dependability
