CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced Commercial Electrical Service Technicians for ongoing service work based out of Plano, TX. This is a strong opportunity for electricians who enjoy variety, independence, and steady service calls instead of being stuck on one long project.

What You’ll Be Doing

Service Technicians will dispatch daily from the Plano shop to commercial service calls throughout Dallas and surrounding areas, handling tasks such as:

• Responding to commercial electrical service requests

• Troubleshooting power, lighting, and control issues

• Running and repairing conduit (EMT / small pipe)

• Performing electrical repairs and upgrades

• Reading service tickets, prints, and work orders

• Communicating professionally with customers on site

• Completing work safely, efficiently, and to code

This is a true service role—ideal for electricians who are organized, adaptable, and comfortable working independently.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of commercial electrical experience

• Prior service technician experience strongly preferred

• Solid troubleshooting skills and conduit experience

• Ability to read prints, service tickets, and work orders

• Professional appearance and customer-service mindset

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Must bring electrical hand tools and standard PPE
  (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Ability to pass required background check/drug screening
