Work Scope:
Commercial Electrician Top Helpers will be working on new commercial electrical work in Austin, TX. Job duties include running conduit, installing racks, lights, and receptacles, as well as working with cable tray systems and conduit bending.

Helpers will assist journeyman electricians in laying out and installing electrical systems, organizing materials, pulling wire, and supporting all phases of construction. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to follow direction while maintaining productivity in a fast-paced commercial setting.

Top Helper Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of commercial electrical experience
• Ability to assist with running conduit, installing racks, lights, and receptacles
• Familiar with cable tray systems and conduit bending
• Must provide own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and dependability
