Work Scope:
Commercial / Industrial Journeyman HVAC Mechanics will be working on commercial and light industrial projects in the Brecksville area. Work is focused heavily on ductwork fabrication, hanging, and installation. Candidates should be experienced in measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing sheet metal duct systems in accordance with blueprints and job specifications.

If you’re solid at hanging and installing ductwork, you’ll do great in this role. Mechanics should be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings, install hangers and supports, and ensure all systems meet code, airflow, and safety standards.

HVAC Mechanic Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience
• Strong skills in duct fabrication, layout, hanging, and installation
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and specifications
• Must provide own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity
