Work Scope:

Commercial HVAC Mechanics will be working on a ground-up health clinic project, responsible for the installation of ductwork, hangers, and sheet metal systems. Candidates must be skilled in reading blueprints, measuring, cutting, and laying out ductwork, and have a solid understanding of HVAC system components, fabrication, and installation methods. Work will include setting equipment, installing diffusers, sealing duct joints, and ensuring all work meets code and safety standards.

HVAC Mechanic Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• Skilled in duct fabrication and installation, layout, and equipment setting
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Proficient with tools of the trade (snips, brakes, shears, plasma cutters, lifts, etc.)
• Must provide own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and craftsmanship
