Work Scope:

Journeyman Carpenters / Concrete Finishers will be working on a commercial construction project, responsible for helping pour and form concrete, tying in rebar, and performing concrete finishing tasks such as leveling, smoothing, and finishing surfaces to precise specifications. Candidates must have solid commercial experience with both form carpentry and concrete work. All applicants must bring their own tools and PPE to the jobsite.

Carpenter / Concrete Finisher Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of commercial carpentry and/or concrete finishing experience
• Skilled in forming and pouring concrete, tying rebar, and finishing concrete surfaces
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Must provide own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality workmanship
