Work Scope:

Duties: Electrician Top Helpers will assist journeyman electricians with lighting and wiring tasks, including removing and reinstalling light fixtures, receptacles, and ceiling fans. Candidates must be able to follow direction, use basic electrical tools safely, and support all phases of installation while maintaining jobsite cleanliness and safety.

Electrician Top Helper Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of commercial electrical experience
• Ability to assist with lighting and wiring installation (fixtures, receptacles, ceiling fans)
• Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and conduit work preferred
• Must provide own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Strong teamwork, communication, and safety awareness
