Work Scope:

HVAC Mechanics / Duct Installers will work on a 10-unit multi-family building, performing sheet metal and duct installation. Responsibilities include hanging outside stairwell ductwork, installing exhaust duct systems, and performing interior duct installation. Candidates must be experienced with commercial duct fabrication and installation, capable of reading blueprints, and able to work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision.

HVAC Mechanic / Duct Installer Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• Proven experience with sheet metal and duct installation
• Skilled in hanging ductwork, installing exhaust and interior duct systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Must provide own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality workmanship
