Work Scope:

Responsibilities: HVAC Top Helpers will assist mechanics with snapping ductwork together, insulating ductwork, and hanging ductwork on commercial projects. Candidates must be able to read a tape measure accurately and use basic sheet metal hand tools. Helpers should be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well under the direction of the lead mechanic to ensure quality and efficiency.

HVAC Top Helper Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred
• Skilled in assisting with duct assembly, insulation, and hanging
• Ability to read a tape measure and use sheet metal hand tools
• Must provide own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Strong teamwork skills and attention to safety and detail
