Work Scope:

We are looking for a Lead Electrician to take charge on-site — assisting helpers with setup, demonstrating proper installation techniques, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The Lead Electrician will also perform hands-on tasks, including running and bending conduit, installing MC cable, reading plans, and completing various electrical scopes of work. Candidates must have a strong overall knowledge of the electrical trade and be able to manage both their own work and the performance of others effectively.

Electrician Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
• Proven experience as a Lead or Journeyman Electrician
• Skilled in bending conduit, running MC cable, reading plans, and performing terminations
• Ability to guide and assist helpers in setup and work execution
• Must provide own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must have solid understanding of electrical systems, layout, and installation procedures
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety-focused mindset
