Job Description:
HVAC Mechanics will be working on both residential new construction and commercial projects, performing tasks such as duct installations, setting up curbs, and installing HVAC equipment. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision.

HVAC Mechanic Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of HVAC experience in residential and/or commercial settings
• Skilled in installing and assembling sheet metal ductwork
• Experience setting curbs and installing HVAC units and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Proficient with hand and power tools related to HVAC installation
• Must provide own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Commitment to safety, quality, and strong work ethic
